Summary: As you undergo self improvement to its full capacity, I realised you just become far more isolated from the bullshit the world throws at society.

There are two ways you can go in life, not just BP and RP. You can cut yourself from society, and eat ice cream, let yourself go, and just be a hermit who stays indoors often, and achieves zero.

Or you can be the guy who stays in, and reads. Lifts. Expands his knowledge. Handles his stress by yoga and meditation. See’s the bigger picture. I have become the latter. In may I turned 28, I dumped my slutty girlfriend who I met from Tinder of 5 months, and I realised one thing. “I deserve better.”

Deserving better, well that’s easier said and done. But what is Better? A better quality of life? Of woman? Of house? Food what? I broke it down. I immediately tackled my training. I hopped on the scales, 25% bodyfat. Wow. I lifted 3-4 times a week? How was I so overweight? I set myself a goal to become 10%. Easy? No. It will require discipline, hard work, and essentially a complete remodelling of my life.

What did my life consist of? Regular meals out, takeaways, trips to bars, and pubs, and overall binge eating after doing fasts etc.

I tackled each one at a time.

My friends: Most of my friends, they binge, smoke, drink etc. I look at none and see them as that “better” version. I knew that I was alone in this. So I essentially cut my social life down dramatically. Clubs bars, at a minimum if that. Smoking zero, and I even have started to go off drinking. As a result, my social life has suffered. But so what? I’d rather spend time reading and recovering/expanding then doing things that kept me at that 25% bodyfat and “average” life.

My work: I work for myself, but I wrote a plan. A plan on how to achieve my personal targets and what to do to get there. It immediately eliminated all worry and stress as I had options, plans and strategies for the next 10 years no matter what happened. I knew where I was going. I had clarity in my mind. Even if my business went to shit I knew what to fall back on etc. Once you see the bigger picture you know where youre going.

My training: I always “lifted” but I’d never LIFTED. I researched the body I wanted and I focused on the lifts I wanted to do. I also incorporated HIIT training more to improve my fitness and essentially drop my bodyfat. My energy levels have gone through the roof.

My nutrition: I personally am not a fan of diets. Ive been doing IF for a while and saw no weight loss. But thats because I still ate shit. Shit is everywhere, from the latte you drink, to the sandwich at the supermarket. I educated myself in nutrition and whilst difficult at first, my body has responded to it incredibly. I’m eating more vegetables, fruit and still getting in protein. When I tell you that I feel the best I’ve ever felt in my adult life, I’m not lieing. I have become addicted to raw food juicing. Better then being addicted to cigarettes right? Whats going to make you feel and look younger and better?

Women: I’m not an amazing looking guy but most of the 5 girls I have fucked this year have been off tinder. I cheated on my gf 3 times aswell thanks to it. In fact 3 weeks ago, I loaded it up, met a girl and fucked her within 2 hours. We haven’t spoken to eachother since. She wasn’t amazing 6/10 but hey better then going out to a pub drinking for hours and going home with your cock in your hands. My point is, I believe I’m at a level where tinder etc just works to a degree. And now I’m getting leaner, it will get even easier with an abs shot then what I’ve got on their now. So women, droughts, dates, not getting laid, flirting with women etc, I couldn’t care less. My thirst is at an all time low. Because I see the bigger picture. I said to myself as I fucked my overweight kinda hot gf of 5 months “I deserve better” so I have to work for it. I still chat to girls, and if one is good to go, I’ll go. However most recently my standards have increased. If I am working hard and eating right, why do I want a sloppy overweight dumb bitch in my bed deserving my time and energy? I did that when I was average. I’m not saying go for just 10s. I’m saying have a bit of standards. I’ve become far happier doing so.

Relaxation: Clear the clutter from your brain by watching movies (good comedies, series, and action movies no BP shit), Yoga, meditation, reading and so on. Doing all this takes time, energy and discipline. But they will give you more fulfilment then a night out in a club.

Conclusion: I still have fun. I still see friends. I still talk to girls. But to improve and get to the level of man you’ve never met requires a total reconstruction of yourself. You’ll lose friends, you will be alone A LOT, and you will pass on those nights outs etc.

But so what? You’ve done all that, and where did that get you? Well it got me to 25% bodyfat, feeling like shit, and when I was BP wondering why hot girls went for good looking jocks?

Improve. Be better, faster, stronger, younger looking, smarter etc. I love it, but I am not telling you to be elitist. Learn to be humble, learn to understand why you are doing it. And be excited about what youre going to become.
