Rule 3 has - for the entirety of this sub's existence - required that personal questions go in r/ AskTRP and now AskTRP on FORUMS.RED. Many users have requested AskTRP (but we are not allowed to make more subs from the quarantine orders and the original AskTRP was abandoned by the mods at the time (I wasn't around then), so it got banned for being unmoderated.

That being said, I am making the decision - and not lightly - to allow personal advice questions now, but WITHIN REASON and with SPECIFIC posting rules. If you want to ask nearly any AskTRP, use AskTRP on FORUMS.RED.

This sub is first and foremost for theory and note trading on sexual strategy and broader original discussion, hence why there has always been a SEPARATE AskTRP. Posting personal advice questions now is a privilege, so if you want to ask personal advice questions here, you need to follow the below posting standards because I don't want TheRedPill to turn into AskTRP.

All advice questions here need to be capable of generating valuable discussion and valuable note trading, instead of spoon-feeding basics users could have easily found on their own.

AskTRP Rules on TheRedPill:

• 1. You NEED to read the sidebar first. There are no excuses for not reading the sidebar
• 2. If you can find the answer in the search bar or sidebar, don't ask it here.
• 3. No basic questions | SPECIFIC scenarios with: who, what, when, where, why included
• 4. The post title needs to clearly articulate your specific question to readers | no lazy titles
• 5. You NEED to attempt to answer your own question somewhere in the post body
• 6. All other sub rules apply. Asking an AskTRP is not an excuse to break other rules here.
• 7. AskTRP posts that look like trolling or satire will be treated like trolling or satire

Above criteria reasons explained:

1. "but I'm new here! I just found TRP" | Even more reason to read the damn sidebar, don't be lazy
2. Yes, this includes "clarification" questions. Search for any previous posts first - do the work.
3. Posts need to generate quality for sub posting value and good answers, not vague spoon-feed posts
4. People clicking on your AskTRP post need to know what to expect in it. Cut the lazy bullshit and try
5. Part of male identity is self-sufficiency, so you need to try to. The answer need not be correct.
6. Need I say more? Read the rules. The same goes for answering AskTRP posts. Follow our rules.
7. Explanation not required - the post however will immediately come down with possible ban
