LEARN TO SAY ‘NO’

How many times you went to the party where you didn’t want to be but you went because your friends and you didn’t want to let them down? How many times you had something to do but someone called you out and you didn’t want to say NO to them? If you can find yourself in these stories you are not selfish. You need to stop doing this to yourself.

Next time when someone ask you to do something or go somewhere you don’t want to go, don’t be a pussy and just say ‘NO’. You don’t need to explain why you can’t do or go, just say ‘NO’. Simple as that.

By doing this you will create so much time for yourself – for things that matter to you.

YOUR NEEDS COME FIRST

You should be a priority #1 in your life. Nobody else should be that #1 in your life. Period. When you want to do something, go get it. Don’t care about what other people will say, they are full of shit anyway. Look at yourself and do what is right for you.

Imagine that you are on a strict diet. You are not allowed to eat junk food. You are at the restaurant with your colleagues. There are 10 colleagues at the table, they are all eating the same – a junk food.

A waitress asks you: „What do you want to eat?“ and you say „Give me the same – a junk food“ FACEPALM

I did those ‘little’ things too many times in my life. I’m sure that I’m not the only one who did that. Why I did that? Because I was afraid what other will think about me. I was afraid of questions. I was afraid of being a lion in a flock of sheep.

Never ever be afraid to be a lion in a flock of sheep.

Remember that you are the most important person in your life. It is your life for gods sake. Don’t be afraid to say ‘NO’ to people, don’t be afraid to be different.

Your needs come first – you are ‘Numero Uno’. TIME = MONEY

And the last thing I want to cover in this article is your time. How are you using your time? Do you use it wisely or do you throw it around?

I was talking about time before, but I want to tell you something one again.

Time is your most valuable asset. You can’t buy a time. When you run out of time that is it my fella – nothing can be done about that. So use your time wisely. Invest that time in yourself, improve yourself, work on yourself, educate yourself, whatever makes you a better version of yourself.

Don’t take time for granted.

When you are somewhere with your colleagues, some meeting or lunch break, and you have something else to do which is more important than that lame meeting. Don’t spend any more second on that meeting. Get up and leave.

Don’t waste your time on things or event or person you don’t enjoy. You have always something more important to do.

Don’t be afraid of any criticism. It is your time man. You can do with it whatever fuck you want, it is up to you to decide.

Time is like money. Look at it from that perspective. Money and time are valuable assets. You can build an empire with both. With money you can buy things you need for your empire. You have a time to work on yourself to become the best version of yourself.

If you are wasting time on unimportant things it is like you are throwing away your money. That you are throwing it on anything. You don’t buy anything, you don’t help anyone. You just waste it.

Instead of wasting it, spend your time to improve yourself, spend your time to do important things. Invest it in yourself. It will be rewarding.

BE SELFISH!

Your life is your own reality. You have your priorities and those priorities should be based on you – not on other people.

Next time when you will be writing or reading or just enjoying your time and someone asks you to go to the party or whatever – don’t be a pussy and say ‘NO’. Without any explanation. You don’t need to explain yourself for doing your thing.

Never stay somewhere where you don’t like to be. If you don’t like to be somewhere, just get up and go. Do your own stuff which matters.

Don’t be afraid to be a lion in a flock of sheep.
