Courage, maybe, but dedication and sweat is also needed. Nothing good comes free. If you want to go from a Beta to alpha it is hours at the gym, dedication to healthy food and dedication to reflect on your own traits.

Agreed. About ten years ago the Intrepid had an ad that it ran on the sides of city buses. It was a black and white photo, taken maybe in '43, of a young guy sitting in the tail gunner's position of what looked to me to be a Grumman Hellcat. The copy read "Come see what 17 year olds did before PlayStation."
