That's the problem, I do hook up with other girls , well when I get the chance to. But I'm never emotionally connected to them and I don't give a shit about them. It's like I've taken the red pill a long time ago with other girls but with my friend I can't seem to be a consistent redpiller. I know it would be best to leave her alone but it's difficult because we have so much history. I kno that I'm just another dick to jump on to her.. I'll shut up before I make myself sound any worse

OP, you need to internalise the RP further. You are taking the red pill as a means to an end, not as a means to constantly improve your life, understand your place in the sexual marketplace, and the nature of women.
Regardless of how much history you both may have had, her very nature operates on hypergamy. You cannot use logic or reason to convince her to stay. You cannot negotiate attraction. You can't just randomly go and start acting like you have balls. You will re-open chapters you already were feeling powerless.
Hypergamy doesn’t care how sweet, funny or intellectual you are. Hypergamy doesn’t care about how much her family or friends like you. Hypergamy doesn’t care about the coffee in bed you bring her or how great a cook you are.
Raise your SMV, work on your passions and hobbies. Get money, get jacked. Read books. Be flirty (not nice) with every woman you meet that you'd want to fuck. Don't let her into your emotions. Don't open your Pandora's Box for her. Don't give her the saddle to the powerful horse you are.

Thanks for that. That's probably the greatest advice I've ever received on women. As scarface says " in this country first you get the money, then you get the power, then you get the women. " We're in a different time now. I wonder if that's the case mainly in America or throughout the world
