I come over to her house after the gym and had the impression of "okay, I'm at this girls house, let's get touchy and see where it goes!" It didn't happen. You have to understand that internalization of ideas is usually a Slow process. You have to understand that because it will help you get rid of some Unproductive self-bashing and frustration.

I admit I didn't read in detail all of your personal background history and details about the girl. Because it's not that relevant to Your question or unique in any way. Your circumstances and these interactions with that girl ARE NOT SPECIAL.

It seems you're on the general right direction. Read the sidebar and continue your struggle.

You don't become "Natural Alpha" suddenly one morning by reading some articles or lifting barbells. These are just contributing activites for the desired mindshift. Just as now you have moments where you are completely badass without thinking about it, you will always have moments of weakness and "betaness" no matter how redpill educated/ripped you are.

Accept yourself, don't stress too much when you fail to meet your high standarts.
