This is more than 'BP conditioning'. The guy was mentally unstable.

'You were just a good guy who tried to do the right thing and who followed what had been put into your head since your childhood'

You have no evidence of this. If a girl you did not like messaged you for six years and you consistently ignored her you would grow to resent her a lot.

There is no way to confirm her story, and for all we know he did rape her. You are literally making up a story of a situation you were not in and have no insight in. You have actually convinced yourself that this story you made up about someone else's affairs is real and preaching it.

I had a boyfriend that did this, stayed with him for 2 years because he would always talk about suicide. It was on again off again and I had cheated in him because I wanted to be happy. I resented him.

This is a man who was never right in the head. You don't threaten to kill yourself to control others to do what you want, even stay in a relationship.

It's for the best he's gone - for us all - and for him too.

This guy was needy as fuck... nothing screams needy more loudly than the emotional blackmail of "I'll kill myself if you don't want to be with me".

Threatening that is emotional abuse, and it never makes the person want to be with you. They just go along with it out of guilt.

It's a shame this guy got the wrong end of the stick with .... well.... life. But this girl isn't to blame for reacting how she did.
