Eating healthy is definitely one of the first steps I took into TRP. I think people should play around with different diets and see which suits them the best. I personally think Paleo, keto etc are pretty fucking shit for anyone who is not grossly overweight, but I guess it may work for the odd person. You can't 'naturally learn' the information from TRP. Its so ingrained into you from when you are born that the extremely small minority would pick up on half off the stuff I have learned from here. I fully agree with you OP, having this information puts you one step ahead of genetic lottery winners. Just because members feel they understand why women act like they do does not stop them from disliking them. There is a lot of great stuff on TRP and I agree with your point on some red pill men loving women more than blue pill men, but you won't find much of it articulated here. While she was technically willing to 'sacrifice' her ten years experience and good wage, you are forgetting a lot of women try anything to shift responsibility, and hamster that it won't be them who get's caught, or even if they did they would be able to get out of it.
