Well, there have been periods of time during my red pill awakening when I would suddenly become extremely tired and have to sleep for many hours, even if I had just woken up recently. I think my record was an hour 8 sleep shortly after waking from a 10 hour sleep. This would happen most often when I was working on integrating a particularly worldview-shattering concept or set of concepts.

Changing your mindset at a deep, subconscious level can be draining. But it's worth it.

Sounds like a tension headache, maybe? I've gotten stressed to the point of having a headache too. If you have a persistent headache again, might want to talk with a doctor.

What I've always done to avoid or get over oneitis, even mild cases, is to stay busy. Occupy your thoughts and actions with something enjoyable. Hit the gym, read a book, chill with mates etc. Hope that helps.

No but.. I'd suffer a week of headache for that kind of freedom. The struggle can be tiring.
