Basically it's just shit women say to you to see if you can keep your masculine don't give a fuck frame under their pressure. The standard response should be agree and amplify.

A shit test is a social dominance or congruence test that is dished out by her mostly subconsciously.

Since women are far more receptive when it comes to body language facial expressions and whatnot than men she basically has a giant social sonar that is active all the time.

Now, if she thinks she has found a sexworthy man she will ping you to see what response her sonar gets.

What all the usual tactics responding to a shit test have in common is that you do not give in to her frame, you either drag it into your frame, exaggerate hers to an absurd extreme or you ignore it.
