Best comment so far. Also regarding social media - "I never felt it was necessary, still don't" Done and done right? Avoid that headache.

Wrong. Get the police involved as soon as possible. Once there's an incident report (why did you ever respond to her text message!?), and it sure sounds like there will be an incident, use the police report to get a restraining order. Mail a copy to her work as well.

I know that's the sentiment around here, but I got a restraining order against a crazy ex without any undue burden from the court.

OP, doubt but hope you'll read this. (the top voted comment is fantastic and should be read over and over) I felt the same way. I made sexual prowess a point of self worth and by junior year felt pretty worthy. There is not a one, but there is a one for you (i.e. not a single one, but your one is a hindsight definition) I radically regret my sexually promiscuous behavior because it does alter you and your thoughts with your eventual mate. Eventual. Read this group, the advice is good. See the he…

This is the best advice. Don't say a fucking thing a pray your Dad does this in a way that keeps her from putting 2 and 2 together and suing y'all into the dirt. Courts will take her side all the way to your State'a supreme Court.

Thanks for the clarification, I'll keep this in mind. Of course, drama is not just the rain of shit from romantic interests. There's family drama, friend drama, civic drama, etc. "Discord in your personal life" sounds like a good catchall header. 2015 has been such chaos I've forgotten what a lack of discord is like. In my own head things are fine, but not a week has gone by without some "event" that makes me roll my eyes and think "fuck this person for putting their incompetence into my realm o…

Yeah, when I posted this I hadn't even considered that there would be a difference. Oneitis being only wanting one woman... which is a concept that seems foreign to me now.

Well, it's a better problem to have. Opposed to not being able to talk to women, now I have to pursue more stringent disqualifications of my companions. Do it wrong, not at all, or do it right. Move ahead, lay down dead, or step on by. Do it when? Do it then, but do it now. Win, lose, or draw - I'm still me and life is grand.

facepalm I read gaming to mean Game as in gaming women, not video games. Absolute swing and a miss for reading comprehension. Interesting. Looks like one of my boys is getting a console for New Years. I've been meaning to cut it out eventually, why not now.

♂ I understand the need for giving her emotional variety, as Rollo writes about. This need to switch between methods of sex and for emotional investment seem to me like signaling blue pill traits. Or they have seemed that way in the past, which would explain the lack of emotional investment. The atrophy of this apparently necessary part of being a whole human has (also apparently) left me quite vulnerable to it. This may all be for the better - without the long break I may have pursued a destruc…

I deleted my initial response after some thought. Perhaps the scarcity mentality and drama are linked. I prefer to wallow in self-loathing as opposed to self-pity btw. I'm not a fan of drama, but with the shit I have been pulled into this year (work, family, women, friends) I can barely remember what a drama free week is. You may be putting the horse before the cart here, as I ended up dating the psycho as a rebound after losing the previous "quality" woman (shot in a mugging on girls night, lik…

Actual value? I thought that was defined by physical attractiveness and fertility. When does intellect factor in? To what degree? Alpha is a mindset indeed, and I'm losing it, regressing as it were. Hence this post to draw some insight and strength from a communal pool of wisdom.

I must need to revalue my scale of women's SMV. It seems that it my be too much based on physical traits. Yep, a great deal of our theories concern the behavior of women according to evolution vs. current cultural mandates. Of course the same happens in men, whoops. Giving up / Scaling it back? Feeding my ADHD? Please expand upon this and I do not understand the link between the two.

Please, go on about the cravings for emotional connection. I've always looked at it as weakness, especially with regards to women. The risks have always seemed too high... so... maybe I've mastered half the equation while completely abandoning the necessary other half. (I'm less than enthused about having to suck at something again, but that's step 1)

Hey Dingus, You seemed to be missing an education, so let me provide a short lesson. Every great culture had their culture codified into literary masterworks. Shakespeare, Homer, Sun Tzu, Mohammed, Vergil, etc. You happen to live in a world led by the very same Western Civilization which Shakespeare wrote about. Those plays contain the culture and values of our civilization. The honor of work, value of ingenuity, appropriate social conduct, how to deal with women... TL;DR - I get that you wrote …

Sure. Eldest daughter has to get married first, but she's an ice-queen. Intolerable bitch, etc. Even with a giant dowry, no one will marry her. One man takes up the challenge and breaks her. Some parts TRP Game, some parts stockholm syndrome, part psychological torture. High points of breaking her: 1 - shows up hours late to his own wedding, drunk off his ass. Intentionally grabs the wrong woman and starts shouting about what a marriage they'll have. 2 - Short sheets the bed, changes the orienta…

Similar to our constitutional democracy, but with limited voting privileges (voting is not a right - per federalism). A citizen (i.e. voting rights) has demonstrated that s/he is of value to the society &/or has a stake in how it performs and it's continuation. A civilian is afforded the rights and protections due a citizen, just not the privelege of voting as it has not been demonstrated that the civilian can/will behave out of anything beyond short term self interest. There have been many prop…

Understandable, then, that your first comment would get downvoted here. That said, there's an "honest" capitalism and a "crony" capitalism such as your descriptor delineates. Sadly, nobody takes the Paul's seriously, and the lame-stream media will never let him be a candidate, let alone president. We're going to get Hillary vs. Christie shoved down our throats. Which will be impressive considering that they're both of such stature they'd be difficult to shove into anything. No, this is no glimmer of light.

I noticed the "couples-cardio" part of my latest relationship was losing steam, so I just left after finishing. That helped for a week. Usually she's more DTF than I am so no issues there, but one night the same thing that happened to you happened to me. She was all "I'm tired." I jumped up, clothed, called her dog in and put it into the bed and left. That fixed the situation (been a month since, problems like this are never permanently solved, but some are more permanent than others.)

Reminds me of on old GF, had hair like a wolf. I'd ask her to straighten it, even bought her one of those chemical straightening treatments on Groupon. Eventually she'd have a major flip out if I even brought it up, and I let it slide for a while (my bad). Sorry to grammar Nazi it up, but it's "a different tack" rather than "tact." Tact is derived from "taciturn" or keeping silent on issues you shouldn't talk about. i.e. being tactful. The phrase "a different tack" comes from sailing, where to turn across the wind is tack, and traveling within 90 degrees of the wind is considered "being on a tack." /r/TheRedPill is definitively about acknowledging reality. If you want to argue and state that it's about game, spinning plates, girls only - you need to examine the original analogy. From "The Matrix" TRP is about seeing the world as it is, not the lies society told us. This means Feminism, Equalism, Egalitarianism, Race-baiting, etc. The key component of acknowledging the world as it is means that we are talking about constants here. Yes??? Consider the fact that the skinnier (more attractive) girls don't have to rave about being feminists or advocate the blue pill mentality, they can exist in both worlds and reap the benefits. So you have the business split into spheres of expertise, and each of you knows to defer to that partner per the subject matter of the issue. This makes sense, I'm rather opposed to the egalitarian "we all get a say" equal partners thing. i.e. I'm the money guy, and you're the geologist. You tell me where the oil is, and I'll find a way to pay for drilling. This all works well and good until you hit the philosophical business questions about mission, long term growth, direction, and focus.

I trained immensely hard doing 2-3 hour sessions and just being motivated because i was seeing results, and in the first time in my life people were amazed by something I did. Recognition of winning. this a conservative, military family where discipline and clear ranks are defined. Winning. It's not the the "hulk" appearance. Its the hard work it took you to get it. I'm a marathoner and I get analogous comments about my physique. Hard Work = Good Looks. (for men) Good looks = demonstrated reprod…

Masculinity is the quality with which a man adheres to the biological traits that he was given through evolution, and the cultural traits which have been built by men before him. basically, doing man stuff. TRP hits the biological masculinity thing well, The cultural part is ever changing, and the current cultural definition is the one we so enjoy fighting against around here. The Nature part is decided for us. We get to decide what masculinity is with regards to nurture/culture.

Old saying from the Old Man: Disengagement is the key to relationships with women, and subduing the occasional urge for spousal homicide. Noob level: "How can I change? I certainly don't want you to feel oppressed." Normal: how you responded. Hardcore: The A&A, redirect, change subject, cheeky response (ghelman's comment is pure gold). God Tier: Feign hearing impairment. We all know of those old men with "selective hearing." That's the goal, to have your brain so well turned that it blasts these…

How anyone could write that, edit for grammar, and not come away wanting a paternity test 2 seconds after posting that for the world to see is beyond me. Why would you admit to the world (and try to deny it yourself) that you've been cuckolded?

It's not difficult to spit TRP ideology at a woman and still bed her. On the contrary, it's great game material. to the "just be yourself" crap; people told me this as well. from age 15 I'd respond with "but what if my true self is a serial killer?" if someone asks for a substitute "life rule," go with Shakespeare - if "all the world's a stage and we are but players on it" we should commit to "acting well" as opposed to "being yourself"

Wait... You don't think looks should judge inner character? A tattoo is a LIFELONG decision. So we're not supposed to judge someone by the way they choose to present themselves to the world? Sight is a pretty important sense. We'd all judge someone (m/f) for not bathing in such a way as to offend the nose. Why is the nose more valuable than the eyes? Or ears for that matter - cursing is highly undesirable. Anywho - anti femenist is not anti female. Separate the two and the headaches will stop.

Old line from my old man. His explanation was that women interpret everything as being about them, and then decide if it's a positive or negative remark. Sounds like our attribution of female solipsism to me.

The desire to ban something is the first level of intellectual cultural awareness. It's the desire of a child to solve a problem. If you want to figure out who's the newest to social commentary, listen for the person advocating a ban of something. I'd like to think that we're on the deeper end of the philosophical pool over here, and as such we are addressing our issues not by saying "ban feminazi speech" but by addressing the biological and evolutionary artifacts which led to gender roles. Not …

Source: I owned a PC Gaming Center (LAN Center) for 3 years. It'd seem I'm the first SME on this thread. I have seen enough gamer chicks cross the COUNTRY to screw a guy at my shop they met on WoW (CS, C&C, etc), stay at his house, and screw at least 4 guys who were regulars. such beta's they couldn't even get miffed at each other for stealing the girl that they paid to fly to their own damn city. Short of finding faith in God and devoting herself to the Church and the celibacy therein... it's lifelong status. If it's you, get a whole new set of friends, move, or both.

Always. Be. Improving. Look, if you can't close yet, that's fine. Keep working for it and you'll get there. Always shoot for (at least) closure, and you'll notice that you'll get closer and closer, and then closure will get more and more frequent.

When did equality in a relationship become a virtue? I want equality in precisely NONE of my relationships... 1) I've owned businesses and it only took me once to figure out that equal parters is a terrible idea. Someone must have the final say. 2) Inside of a work environment again, who gets the last say with equality? 3) friendships: it's circumstantial, but every circumstance will have a relative subject matter expert - and that is who should lead. Hunting? You better believe I'm not taking y…

At least the Dems are honest about it. The GOP should be defending the middle class, but instead the GOP establishment won't even stand up for the beliefs they claim to believe in. e.g. (and this really ticked me off) When asked about his $200 million net worth Mittens should have begun his response with: "Ma'am I am worth $250 million, please do not discredit me $50 million that I worked my tail off for." and something along the lines of... "I want everyone to have $250 million that they made f…

Youth is a fertility attribute. If I get married (I want to) it will be solely because I want children (and as a subset a classical Christian marriage for life). The current state of marriage/sex/whatnot is such that marriage is a TERRIBLE deal for men, at least from TRP perspective. You won't stay young forever, but thats why I listed "Looks" as #3. It's about how long you'll be a biologically viable mate. (aside) I'm trying to figure out how to talk someone into getting a fertility test before…

I prefer the slimmer women, but am dating a less trim lady exactly because she's classically feminine. Most of the thin girls I've gone after were such blue-pill-head-cases that I kicked them to the curb on principle. Sadly thinner is better, my 21yo thin ex is certainly more appealing than my current regular, and though my needs are more than being met, she's supportive, etc... She's not the PYT. TL;DR fit>thin>curvy>"omg she has no tits and a visible rib cage" > 160 lbs+
