Okay so figured I would come here to ask the general opinion as far as age gap in dating goes ,say you have what most people refer to as a "cougar" ,much older woman likes young men and is generally accepted in society ,so why is it that its frowned upon for males to do the same on a different part of the age gap timeline ? Say the cougar is 40 or so and the male she's with is 20,this is accepted even with the huge age gap but frowned upon when men do the same even if it's a much much smaller gap, say the man is 21 years old and is with someone who is 18 years old. Why is that frowned upon by some people besides the obvious being hypocrites?
