Regarding children, ideally (and this is a step most men are not willing to take) get a vasectomy. Freeze some nut and shoot blanks. Do not tell women this because their attraction to you will diminish. This is more of a fail prevention and a hidden card you can play when some slut plays the "I'm pregnant and it's yours" game. When you actually find a woman worthy of your seed you can make this decision with 100% your agreement and consent.

That's to avoid unwanted pregnancies, but if you do want a familiy with that particular woman, how do you avoid losing custody and paying alimony once she wants to leave (and she will)?

In the case you want a family then you should find a woman that has earns more than you. It's hard I know. If she's willing to be with you and accept your income as lower than hers without shaming you or judging you for it then the probability of her trying to buck you later on are much lower.

That scenario is possible for a FB or a plate but extremely unlikely for a LTR with a family plan for the future. In that situation she's probably in full-provider mode and will prefer a beta bucks and fuck alphas on the side rather than being with an non-provider alpha.
Even if you are a rich Chad unicorn, chances are the relationship will end up anyway and you'll be in deep shit no matter what. And from that moment onwards she will not care about you, she'll try to take advantage of the divorce raping system.
