I know it's off point, but message her anyway. Remember, women don't really know what they want. If you do a good job chatting her up she will rationalize that 4 inch difference away.

The double standard here is the social acceptability of her requirements. Requesting a boob size is misogyny, but what she was doing was her god given right.

I had an online profile for a bit. Under "you should message me if.." I just wrote "If you're not fat. Don't lie about it, I'll find out the minute I meet you."

Believe it or not, it got me the most messages (of all the profile variations I've ever used). But most were hate messages.

Of course it's a double standard, but it's useful for men - it allows us to identify the little princesses that think they're entitled to special recogition and ease out the side door before investing anything.

Since men would be condemned for using similarly explicit screening, women are left wondering why we never called back. "Could it be because I have a flat chest?" Could be, lady. Could be.

Women are men without reason and accountability.

Double standards exist, and they ain't going away anytime soon. Although I understand your frustration, it pisses me off equally when women dismiss me for non-negotiable parameters.

But as always, the deeper you get into seduction, the less and less you'll find this happening... Haven't had a girl do something like this to me in a long time, at least not verbally to my face.

"Double standard" implies that we're the same, and someone's the "same" standards differently. We're not the same.

They're screening applicants (so they apply negative screens and advertise them) and we are generating prospects (so we should NOT piss off the potential prospects by advertising our screening methodology). They have a bunch of applicants and are looking for reasons to say "no" whereas we are generating prospects and are trying to give them reasons to say "yes."

So it's really APPROPRIATE to have different standards.

Specific advice:

message if you're interested; you do a good job and she will drop the height req
don't use screens that women find insulting as you'll just limit your pool of prospects (unless of course it's a troll account)

This falls right in line with the sexual dynamic between female and male. I completely understand why this is deemed acceptable. It is so because women are the choosers during their prime and men are the qualifiers. It is they who filter out men in search for a mate and not the other way around. It is usually mental constructs that are biologically imprinted that translate into societal views.

As for what would happen if this were turned around. We know the answer and so do you.

it seems like in today's culture if you are a guy and have any kind of preference whatsoever, and are willing to put that out there, you are going to be called a misogynist. Some woman, some where is going to see it and call you out because they don't fit your specific preference, and it is their god given right to be found hot by all men, at all times, no matter how they look.

It's a complete double standard and it pisses me off, even though we are the visual creatures and it is expected that we want to be with women we find visually pleasing, no matter what our preference is.

If women are visual too, that fine, but don't sit their and be the kind of person that preaches that it's all about what's on the inside that counts while only wanting to date guys with model looks.

In this case though, take it for the read flag that it is and be glad you didn't waste any time on her. It sucks, but better to find that out now, rather than later.
