As I see it - a bunch of guys go downstairs because she's punching a door screaming you aint gonna do shit.

You say two girls - it's a guy.

The query, 'you gonn' hit a girl?' and then punching him in the mouth is aggravated assault. She weighed it up in her mind and then punched him.

Their exit wasn't blocked, they weren't fleeing and the situation appeared hostile because she was flipping the fuck out.

It's an entirely deplorable situation for everyone to be in - but the fact is 2 people got hit in the head and didn't expect it. Only one of them incites a "Awww fuck he gaw'n to jail".

Why is that?

Your idea that I think we all need to be proud of this video is also interesting.

I see two people involved in a singular back and forth exchange. Only one instigates a plea for 911 and jail time.

EDIT: Since he deleted his/her response you'll have to rely on my interpretation of his/her TL;DR:

2 women trying to escape, had their exit blocked, the dude who got punched in the face had done something earlier to provoke it. And that I/TRP shouldn't be proud (So... be ashamed?)

My rebuttal is:

1 woman causing property damage, party follow to see wtf going on, woman punches guy in the face, guy steps in breaking it up telling them to get out - counter punch goes down. Plea for 911 starts.

Oh, the part where the scared girl leaps up and tries to get back in the fight screaming "whaddid I do whaddido"? And then starts wrecking more shit.

I'm not ashamed to call this bullshit. I guess the most interesting topic point is why is her brother saying "You' going to jail" - why is the camera man saying "He gonn' get locked up". After that gets verbalised she's back on her feet ready to go for another round.

Ridiculous.

I will say this, I refuse to hit a woman, but if you're a bitch? The gloves are off. Lengthy story but it's a good one.

My friend and his girlfriend got kicked out of his mom's house because she found out the little shit was talking smack about her behind her back. I have three bedrooms and only need one. My friend offered $500 per month. $300 from him, $200 from her.

Now, this girl was a piece of work. Her father made over $200k per year so she thought $100k per year was "average" because as she put it, "He wasn't THAT rich."

So day 1, he straight up gives me $300, she says she's having difficulties with her food stamps. Fine. Whatever.

Side note, she got kicked out of her parents house because her dad found out she was using her law school money for meth and cocaine. When he found cut off her trust fund, she beat the shit out of him so he got a restraining order, she got charged with battery, possession, and consumption and is on probation.

Now he promised he would help her out as long as she stops doing drugs. One day two weeks later (Still no money by the way.), she's sitting on the couch on the phone and she says, "Hey, can you front me like an ounce, I can turn it around quick, you know I'm good for it."

Her boyfriend goes, "Hey, mind if I talk to you outside?" They go outside and he snatches the phone, runs inside and locks all of the doors. She pounds on the door and he says, "I'm calling the police! You need help!"

I told her, "You are not allowed inside this house until I see a penny of that money you promised two weeks ago. I don't care if you're his girlfriend, there are no free rides in life."

She runs and disappears. About thirty seconds later we hear a crash from the basement. She broke in through the window. Then we hear the basement door slam shut. At this point, she has broken into my house.

I run into the bedroom, grab my rifle, chamber a round and run downstairs. My friend is on the phone with 911, they request that I please put the gun away so I do. I go up to the door and I hear her saying, "Please, I know I'm on probation and everything but my boyfriend's friend is kicking me out, my dad has a restraining order on me and I have nowhere to go."

Then she turns the TV on in the basement so we cant hear anything.

I run into the garage and flip the basement circuit breaker turning off everything in the basement.

She opens the door and shouts, "JR! Your computer fell! It shattered!" (Jr being her boyfriend.) The computer was a $1,200 custom built PC. At this point, I snapped.

I dashed downstairs, she saw me, said, "Oh shit!" and slammed the door and blocked it with her body. At the time, I was 300 lbs, ~200 of it was muscle. Granted it was a very flimsy and thin door, but I kicked it open, breaking through it and hitting her on the opposite side sending her flying.

Then I shoulder rammed the door and shouted, "GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HOUSE! YOU'RE LUCKY I DIDN'T FUCKING SHOOT YOU!" Then I grabbed her by the shoulders and shoved her into the garage. She ran at me and took a swing at my balls. I stepped to the side, turned around, grabbed her by her pony tail, and slammed her head into the door frame.

She promptly collapsed like a sack of bricks. One hit KO.

I told my friend, "Come get your girlfriend! She's downstairs in the garage."

He came downstairs and woke her up. She ran into the bedroom and started chugging pills like beer. That's around the time the police arrived and she started shouting, "HE HIT ME! ARREST HIM!"

Well her boyfriend had been on the phone with the police the ENTIRE time telling them what was going on. The police walked right up to her and put her in cuffs, turned to me and asked, "Do you want to press charges?"

She said, "What?! But HE hit ME!" They said, "Did you break that window there?" "Yeah, I was trying to call my friend!" "Do you pay rent?" "What does that have to do with anything?" "If you're not paying rent then you have no stake here, he can kick you out at any time and if you break in, that's breaking and entering. Look at the size of him, you're lucky he didn't kill you."

I got a restraining order on that bitch. Charged her with battery, etc. She now owes me a LOT more than $200.
