This would work if media would publicly mention the accuser's name, but hardly most of the time this isn't the case.

I think this is a terrible idea because you're stooping to their level and with something highly risky legally speaking.

And you also have 0 experience or valuable skills to add to this project, so why would anyone ever help you with this and when they could just do it themselves and keep the 100% of the revenue instead of splitting it with you? Or are you saying you are willing to pay some web developers to make it? I suspect not otherwise you wouldn't be here asking for help.
