Dude. You are young. Stop going to bars. Concentrate on fitness and your future. Set some easy goals and work up to harder ones. Figure out a career. Get to know yourself, read a lot, and learn how to relax and have a good time. Get confident and everything will fall into place.

Do you get in your head when you go out to bars, that sort of shit will be the mental block that is stopping you from going up to women! I like to call it dependent on the outcome! You’re relying to much on what could happen instead of just being yourself. Get some goals behind you, career, gym goals from these two alone your confidence will start to grow! Read up on approach anxiety as well because I sure as hell bet when you go out you see a girl you’d like to talk to but don’t!
