Funnily enough, if you explained and presented to a woman her illogical behaviour and circumspect decisions but instead of framing it as being part of her own behaviour you instead told her they were the actions of another woman, she’d concur with you that this behaviour was wholly irrational.

why another woman? tell her it's you(the guy), and see what happens.

Claiming that these behaviors are confined to women or even mostly confined to women reeks of the very thing you are talking about, rationalization.

Not claimed they are behaviours confined to women or rationalising, they are generalisations based upon observations which if I or anyone else put into practice will generally hold true. You can get anal over research methods or say "hasty generalisation" and call a fallacy, but when you go live life and see what's written manifest before your very eyes, that's the ultimate proof - in the field proof that anyone can observe, not laboratory/academic proof limited to one experience done by an institution.

Interesting comparison of feminism to religion though.

Yeah, strong parallels to be drawn.

Followers of lefty ideologies (marxism, feminism) show at least as much mindless zealotry as the worst religious nuts. As an independent they both annoy me, but the religious ones at least have some ethical standards.

I'm a girl and I don't think I am nearly as bad as most about this, which I attribute to my dad, because when I was a kid and I did something wrong, instead of punishing me by taking away my phone or whatever, he would just make me explain to him why I did it. It was the most dreaded punishment but also I think the most effective.

My wife thought she wasn't like the rest of them either. I just recently had an argument with her that lasted about 4 months. She tried every trick to weasel out of losing that argument but I finally proved her wrong. After she knew without a doubt that she was wrong it still took her 2 more days to admit it and then another 2 days to apologize. That was the first argument that my wife has ever admitted to losing with me.

I'm sure you believe yourself to be better than that but I believe that women are all the same. Even the best of you will rationalize your bad behaviors so that you can think better of yourself

I doubt all this "wanting to not be like other women" circus, is not happenstance. It may be a good sexual strategy to stand out and make sure your genes get selected and you are the only one to win the "genetic game that is life."

Women play harder than men in some situations but, it only comes back to bite them in the ass.

Yes, while this IS effective. It implies that the man in the relationship should have value [or authority] higher than the girl, and both of them need to know this implicitly. Otherwise what you have suggested, will never work.

I'm a woman implicitly aware that sexism swings both ways, and believe women (without understanding their behaviour) exercise their female privledge without giving it a second thought. But what in the fucking fuck is with this article? Women act first then rationalise later? I am a woman ruled by logic, considerate of ethics, and conscious of my emotions. That statement there, pretty much says 'hey, by default women are irrational, illogical and therefore invalid: tread carefully'. I am the first to admit that having been born female and raised female has largely shaped my identity. But not my fucking intellect. Or my ability to reason. Nor does my femininity leave me prone to ill considered behaviour.

This sub needs to check itself before it wrecks itself. Feminism swung too far past liberation to seek the greatest outcomes for women at the expense of men, I'd hate if the men's rights movement made that same mistake. Rather than villify an entire sex, forgive them of their ignorance but strive to inform. Also, don't seek your own personal power by pushing down whomever you consider your adversary.

My biggest gripe with feminism, is that if there is any adversity that trends specifically to the female sex, the assumption is that it is the fault of men. Stop competing. Stop using false equivalency. Stop generalising. How about seeking the betterment of all people, and valuing the differences between men and women rather than pointing fingers? Maybe it's time for me to unsubscribe. Unless of course we can move away from this hate-culture and shift toward empathy, in order to affect any purposeful and just change.

I love when women do this. They dispute our observational fact that that they are governed by emotions first and logic second, yet they dispute it from a pure butthurt emotional state. Thus proving themselves wrong by default and never realizing it.

Everything in your post is pure example of red pill truths about women. I love it. You didn't read this post and argue logic. You read it, got emotional, now you are trying to logically argue your emotions (hamstering).

You can by definition not be objective about yourself. So whatever description of yourself you express is irrelevant. Actions speak louder than words. You are already insulted by a basic red pill fact. You are a normal non red pill woman. Click on the glossary in sidebar and read the entry for NAWALT.

It's just fine thank you. TRP exists as a place for men to express gender truth without crazy bitches like you. Nowhere else is safe. Your inability to control or be conscious of your emotions is exactly why red pill needs to exist. Because a lot of men never realize just how different women are. Thus they spend their life trying to cater to womens logical reasoning, never realizing a womans logical reasoning is standing on an emotional ground, rendering it irrelevant.

Its not hate, it is mere acknowledgement based upon countless observation of women over the span of my experiences corroborated with countless men and a few somewhat self aware women. One does not simply wake up one day and deduce such things lightly. Personally I'd like to be wrong and live in another reality where women are held more accountable and demonstrate a higher semblance of credibility but in the reality i postulate that this is not the case.

Maybe you're an outlier, maybe you're deluded to your own nature, I couldn't possibly say but again notice how you speak of yourself whilst I speak of a trend within a gender. This again is a reason I don't find women too rational, they personalise the topic to relate to it and form a viewpoint using themselves as the pivotal example for why whatever is asserted is wrong, I've seen it time and time again on this sub and outside and as someone trying to be impartial with my observations it makes very difficult when the woman emotionally charges the argument by personalising it. I have no desire whatsoever to make this about you, I understand a big part of your reasoning when you choose to utilise it occurs by relating to the topic at hand however one cannot debate fairly or reasonably when they project their own identity into the argument.

Despite decades of idealism there is a rift, a fundamental difference between men and women and there always shall be, unless miraculously women attain stronger reasoning abilities, in that paradigm we could hold them accountable and achieve a far closer ideal of equality although I suspect many would cling onto the privileges they currently enjoy.

Thank you for your considerate reply. I appreciate your point that I have filtered the content of this article through my own experience, which is entirely subjective. BUT I think humans are subjective things and would consider these in a case by case manner. I know some irrational women. I know some irrational men. I suppose my life experience has lead me to draw my own conclusions, as have you.

It was not my intention to 'make it about me', it just went so heavily against the grain of how I see myself or what I strive to be. Forgive me of my ignorance if I misconstrued your point, it just struck me as a bold assertion that conflicted with my own dealings with women and my own feminine identity. Though you are right, I realise, that one cannot debate fairly by projecting their own sense of identity and heralding that as evidence (though I don't think I did that merely because I'm a woman).

Though I would ask, how does one conclusively pin a trend?
