It's amazing really. A woman wants you to be the best you can be and she'll hate you if you fail. There's no greater motivation than having a girl around. Want to lay in bed a few more hours? Nope. All of my relations with women are successful because I see hypergamy active. Business with women? Successful, 70-80% of my clients are women.

Relationships with female family members? Successful.

It is not my responsibility to understand needs of those submissive to my leadership in any relationship. It is my responsibility to judge their wants and needs based on feedback provided, mostly through action.

I don't listen to MEN beneath me who depend on me. I follow their behaviors and actions. The same is true of those superior to me. I don't mention my needs except in situations of direct negotiation.

Any dumb fuck who thinks submissive and dominant roles are misogynistic or gender oriented is clueless and deserves the pain and loneliness that comes from not accepting their low value submissive position as it granted by others who see it.

I don't treat women as submissive because they're women. I treat submissives as submissive because they're incapable of providing the leadership that all relationships require. There are no "partnerships" or "equals" in any relationship of any kind. There are dominant leaders and submissive followers based on skill sets, ability to take and finance risks and the understanding of profit/gain for their party's position.

Just because my LTR is great at cooking and cleaning doesn't mean I force her to do either. I submit to her expertise, her ability to do both with risks and rewards known, and her understanding of the profit/gain in her actions for our union as a group.

Your ideology is fucked because all you see is gender. I see individuals and relate to them based on our mutual gains as a unified group -- with a dominant leader and a submissive follower broken down by roles.

I'm attracted to individuals who can provide leadership in the functions I lack skill in. For sex it has been hormonally healthy, physically fit, sexually submissive, traditionally gendered females. I don't see that changing. But it isn't Patriarchal in any way.

I firmly agree with you're position. Submissive and dominant have nothing to do with gender or patriarchy, forming the basis of society in totem. Friendships may too be viewed from this perspective understanding that the individuals with whom we choose to spend our brief on time on earth with are only there with us because they serve a selfish need. A woman who cooks and cleans is a wonderful human being, and seriously we should all aspire to good hygiene. So we agree, except for this part.

I see individuals. I choose respecting others over validating my own feelings through degradation. TFSM knows, I've definitely expressed private hostility towards those who I've perceived to have wronged me, and it did nothing to improve the relationship. Only when viewed objectively was I able to comprehend a person's behavior and take steps to resolving conflict. Being a strong leader means knowing that everyone works to their own needs, and not all needs are the same.

  1. Describing men and women as little more than their sexual organs is reductive. Simplifying how we understand relationships can be freeing, allowing us to enjoy each other on easily understood uncomplicated terms. However, the capacity to fully engage with another person is diminished when the simplification disregards the complexity of an individual's mind.

  2. Media culture perpetrates gender roles. Additionally, it reinforces racial stereotypes, reaffirms hyper capitalism, and by it's nature sensationalizes. Even the good shit. As a tool, media by it's nature is ruled by those who wield it, and is therefore a wary ally in comprehending human behavior. I mention this not to dissuade the philosophy seemingly put forth on this subreddit, but to note that while the true inequality lay between the rich and poor, it is through propaganda that oppressors proliferate.

I'm just starting to explore this page, and I see there are a great many ways TRP has been considered. I am familiar with Neil Strauss and his book, THE GAME, and I apply what he wrote in my understanding of relationships. That being said, I think when we approach talking about women as "bitches" and "vaginas", we do more to perpetuate the negative aspects of patriarchy. I propose that TRP espouses a philosophy of primal understanding and respect for human nature with no need for derisive additions. I hope this clarifies my position. Please, feel free to offer counterpoints.

One of the many benefits to new members of TRP is that we let them express their anger. Lots of guys come here after having the band-aid unceremoniously torn off by an ex and by expressing their anger vocally they can begin the healing process. Hence why you'll see a lot of very angry, very anti-female posts - these guys are the newbs who are going through the process of having their fairytale world shattered. Sure, that means we looks like a bunch of angry misogynists to the outside world, but who gives a fuck? We're here to help other men, not to appear to "respect human nature with no need for derisive additions". It's very clear that you've just joined here and yet you feel you are well positioned to recommend policy? No, you sit down, you learn and you shut up. See, IF that point is made it is actually a tad more nuanced, saying that her vagina is all I care for is not that the same as claiming that is all she is.
