TL; DR: After gaining TRP awareness, I’ve studied the women in my life, and I’ve discovered something interesting. Here are 4 case studies, and what we can learn from each one.

Intro: I was often an ‘Accidental Alpha.’ I was friendzoned hard once in high school and once in college. I blindly learned some game. When PUA came onto the scene, I drank it up, but sensed that I wasn’t getting the complete picture. I discovered TRP 6 months ago, and not only has it improved my game and my life, but viewing the world through the TRP lens has gained me an immense and deep understanding of how the world really works. In the last 6 months, I’ve studied my female friends and the significant others of my male friends.

Case study 1: My brother’s wife, ‘Jasmine.’ My brother is a Beta, but a great guy. He takes on the provider role. He had one-itis for a trashy woman about 20 years ago, and she treated him terribly. He never got over her. He doesn’t really love Jasmine, and has told her so. They now have 2 kids and it appears that the family is doing fine – my brother takes the family hiking, camping, etc. He collects weird animals. As far as I know, Jasmine has never considered cheating on him or leaving him. They have been together 12 years.

Case study 2: My best friend’s wife, ‘Halle.’ My friend married her after getting her pregnant during a one night stand. My friend is an ‘artistic Alpha’ – great musician and writer. 15 years later, they have 2 kids. For the past 5 years, my friend’s back (multiple surgeries) has been terrible to the point where he can’t have sex with her, and he can barely move around. He’s kept his job, though. Halle has been with him through thick and thin, and as far as I know hasn’t cheated on him. If she has, she has been very discreet and is a great mother. She also works full time. My friend never really loved her, and has told me so. I’m sure she knows too.

Case study 3: A woman I work with – ‘Sally.’ She was a serial monogamist, from a strong female-run family. She’s a hard 8, and genuinely appears to be a good girl. She has dated mostly weak men. She finally found an OK guy, a lovable loudmouth who I liked. But this poor guy was set up to fail – she called him a loser in conversations with other people, etc. Her family hated him. After a few years of this abuse, he finally went to Atlantic City and cheated on her. She immediately dumped him – it’s almost like she was waiting for it. They have a kid together. He told me that she is ‘the one,’ etc.

Case study 4: Another woman I work with – ‘Natasha.’ She is beautiful (another 8), and European. She loves Ibiza (aka loves the CC). She had a couple kids with a poor schlub who loves her and proposed several times. He got cancer about a year ago and she treated him like crap, was unsupportive etc. He also got laid off from his job. After a year of this, she caught him sexting with an old flame. It was probably the only time in that year that the poor guy felt good about himself for a minute. Of course, now he is gone and paying through the nose for the 2 spoiled daughters.

Summary (what we’ve learned): Notice a trend? None of these guys are really pure ‘Alpha’ according to our definition. But the two relationships that survived have one thing in common. As Snoop Dogg once said: “We don’t love them hoes.” My brother and friend may have unconsciously known that it was better to marry a woman you don’t love. It gives you more control, and even if your behavior is mostly Beta, women can sense when you truly, in your heart, don’t give a shit about them. And behave accordingly.
