tl;dr: AWALT. Lead the interaction. Take what you want. Workout. Be smarter and higher social status than your plates.

I'm still fairly new to TRP (recovering BB) and still internalizing all the concepts. I have, however, started to put what I've learned into practice with very positive results. I want to give back to the community by sharing the lessons I've learned. Please note, this FR does not break new ground but rather affirms the lessons so plentifully reiterated throughout this sub.

First, AWALT. This girl was kind of a nerdy, shy girl. Last time I fucked a nerdy, shy girl it turned out that she was cheating on her boyfriend with me (I didn't find out till afterward). It doesn't matter if you don't think she'll be like that, AWALT.

Fortunately, this is something I had already internalized and expected. I wasn't expecting a unicorn. However, I also wasn't expecting someone who's kinky as hell and ready to try anything, but that was a fun surprise. This girl was definitely riding the CC. I'm glad I was able to recognize this and keep my feelings toward her purely sexual and fun and not needy and blue-pilly. Because of this, she's now a plate that I can fuck any which way on demand.

Lesson: AWALT.

I had gone out with this girl a couple times, but had not escalated or kept a sexual frame. This is something I struggle with and am working at. I’m sure she thought I was a beta-orbiter “friend” in the making. Conversations were normal and non-sexual and we did not kiss either time.

I don’t yet know how to start off with a sexual frame, but this certainly would have helped.

Need to learn: Starting off with a sexual frame.

I invite her over to my place to day-drink wine and watch a movie. She has a project she’s working on with a really close deadline so she brings that over too. We drink and just talk for a while. I have her next to me and I’m escalating with touch (e.g. hand resting on her thigh) but no sexual escalation. This is cringe-worthy for me to type out because it shows just how far I still have to go to shed my BB tendencies. I struggle with beginning to escalate. Once I start with a kiss, I’m good to go though.

Eventually she asks if she can work on her project. I say “sure, but before you start..” I hold her hair and her waist, pull her toward me, and kiss her. This actually took her by surprise since she was expecting me to be a full-on beta. That being said, she got into it and we start making out. She forgot all about her project.

The important lesson here was that I made a moment because none presented itself. Once I went in for the kiss, things ironically actually felt more relaxed. I should have started with a sexual frame and gone for the kiss much earlier, but the important thing was that I did go for it; there was something I wanted and I took it.

Lesson: Don’t ask permission, just make a moment and go for the kiss.

After we make out for a bit, I take her by the hand and bring her to my room. Taking the lead worked to my benefit. From there we get on my bed. In hindsight, I would have picked her up and thrown her on my bed. As I got more comfortable taking what I want, I lead more, pulled her where I wanted, did what I wanted, and she loved me for it.

Lesson: Lead the interaction. Take what you want, don’t be timid.

I take off her clothes, she takes off mine, and we go at it.

Now this part is where the story gets a little cringe-worthy. She shit tests me after, a lot. Were you expecting this to happen? Do you do this all the time? When was the last time you had sex? etc.

Fortunately my frame changed entirely after I went in for the kiss. I could have done much better with the shit tests but nonetheless maintained frame and stayed confident without being needy or acting like a beta-boy. The lessons of agree and amplify would have been great to use here in hindsight, but now I know for next time.

Need to learn: Destroy shit tests with agree & amplify.

We fucked again and now she’s looking forward to more whereas before she had thought of me as a beta-boy. After I kissed, escalated, and fucked her silly, then maintained a solid sexual frame (one that's actually honest about my intentions), she now sees me as a man. It took her by surprise, but now she's excited about all the fun we'll be having in the near future. Basically, I'm spinning a new plate.

As a side note, she noticed that I worked out and complemented me on it (while feeling on my muscles).

Lesson: Workout and eat right. It builds your SMV, confidence, and has a myriad of health benefits.

Lesson: Study up and make something of yourself. Knowledge is damn sexy, especially when it makes good money. Be smarter and higher social status than your plates.

I still have a ways to go but I hope that my story can help other people still swallowing the pill to realize that TRP truths that are repeated constantly on this sub are very true and should be taken to heart.
