Well, I see your point. Another lesson learned :).

Now the question is, how do I continue my interaction with her from this point forward? I kind of will continue to run into her as she works at a place I frequent.

Just next her, as you said. Nothing happened, really. Just don't fall for it if she tries to make you an orbiter or anything.
The next time you see her is crucial. You want to act as you are not interested anymore, but without showing it off.

Honestly, don't try and figure it out. There's really nothing to be gained from reviewing this interaction, except one point. You gave her a choice. You will have more success in future encounters if you assume she's interested and behave as such. Don't ask "either or", just say "Lets get out of here and X".

True, but as I said, it had gotten so weird, I honestly gave the choice just to confirm whether I understood her responses. Her saying leave, pretty much confirmed it for me that she was no longer interested I guess...
