No. No you didn't. Alpha = good grasp of Game. Game = confidence and charisma.

No it didn't, you are just losing what little bit of SMV you may have had because of your DHV/SP you had when you were younger (high school or college probably).

You probably weren't doing that well with women except by luck and one night stands, which don't count. If you're not attracting women AND KEEPING THEM ATTRACTED, you're not Alpha Fucks, you're Beta Fucks.

Keep reading /TRP/, read the sidebar and keep practicing. It takes time to completely rewire your brain from beta back to 'alpha'.

As pointed out, this belongs in askTRP.
Since you did not know this, you haven't read the sidebar. Do that before asking questions again. You're unnesseccarily taking up space and the valuable time of users here.
You haven't complied with the thread format requirements, which is also another indication you haven't read the sidebar. Did you even read anything from it?
Your layout sucks. This should have been two paragraphs at the very least. We don't appreciate textwalls, even if they're not that lengthy.
