Going to keep this as short as I can.

Some context, I was with this girl last year and for like a week we chilled/sex/made out and then we went no contact for a year because of distance. (Shes HB 8.5 , Me 23 her 19)

I reached out a couple days ago and she was hesitant as first since I have no social media and I wasn't the best looking guy. I worked on myself and have a decent body right now so I sent a snap of me in a towel at the gym. We were not gonna hang out until a few days later. So the next day she says she is going to leave work early so we can chill.

This is my first date in a long time and I have not been on many dates, probably 4 in my life. So we went swimming, everything was fine for the first hour, I tried applying kino (dunked her in the water. touched her tattoos asking about them) but after that hour everything went down hill. There was just nothing to talk about, I didn't try to be funny or anything. I stopped applying kino and I was totally checked out for some reason. Honestly I was bored out of my mind and this is my fault. I can tell she was bored too. We got ice cream and walked around and chilled at some random spot.

After an hour we got back to my car and she asked what we were gonna do. At this point I was checked out entirely so I didn't say anything and she said she had to be home in 45 mins. So I just said ill take her home now and her response was okay in a pretty happy tone. So I drove her home and she told me she had a boyfriend. Thats that.

My take aways.

  1. Being attractive gets you in the door but you still need to be social and not autistic.

  2. She told me after she had a boyfriend so I know she was initially attracted to me but lost it.

  3. Have to hold frame 100% of the time. Once its gone its gone.

  4. Get back on social media after going monk for a year

So I want to improve my charisma and be a more outgoing person. To achieve this I'm going to talk to almost everyone I walk by even if its a simple hello or hey. I'm going to watch some videos and game and read more of the side bar.

Can anyone give my some suggestions on how to achieve this?

TDLR: Went on a date and lost frame, went home dry.
