The way I see it you have two entirely different alternatives.

Ghost her. Move on. Block her on all social media. Do not have any further contact with her.
Aggressively pursue a sexual relationship with her. Pretend you just met. Text her and tell her that you are going to be at a certain location at a certain time and you will pick her up about 45 minutes before that time. Take her out on that date, something cool. Aggressively escalate. Make it clear that you want her body. Make it obvious that this is a date that you are pursuing her sexually.

Option number one gets her out of your life so you can move on. Because you have oneitis, this is the option I recommend. If you do not cut this cancer out of your life it will continue to eat you until you are nothing left but a husk of a man.

Option number two may get you laid, but this girl is never going to be more than a plate. She has already demonstrated to you that she is willing to cheat on her boyfriend, in spirit if not In deed. That means she is not LTR material.
