Summary: In game, body language and appearance matters more than words, realizing that makes game easier and helps to kill approach anxiety.

Here is the rule that helped me kill my approach anxiety almost four years ago, when I first applied trp to my life. In Game It Doesn't Matter What You Say, that is, as long as you are gaming the girl, talking is only secondary to what is really important: body language.

Gaming With Your Body: What to do with it.

  1. Appearance: This is a prerequisite. To even consider gaming someone, you must have proper clothes, hygiene, a good haircut, and address the problems you have in your appearance (e.g. acne, obesity, ect).

  2. The 2 P's of Gaming, Posture and Polarizing: Keep your posture straight, no round shoulders, try not to be stiff, unless you want to look like a robot, keep your chin up, focus on your pelvis when walking, take up space. There are many guides in this subreddit about posture, but the key here is polarizing. This sound obvious, but many men forget that women are attracted to manly features (that's why they are manly to begin with), so showing strength, height, dominance, power and preselection is exactly what makes her attracted to you, and there's no way to show that if not through body language. You must show her that you are a man, not a child or a woman, and to do that you need to polarize.

  3. Searching for IOIs and Transitioning to Approach With Your Eyes: There are a ton of IOIs that a woman can send to you. Eye contact here is important. Generally, you want to search for IOIs with your peripheral vision, never be too obvious about it (trust me, whoever she is, wherever you are, she knows what's going on), and only look directly after you decided to approach (which shouldn't be too long after you received the IOI).

  4. Approaching: Obviously, talk at this point. Present yourself, compliment her, tease her, talk about boring subjects, whatever the sexual aggressiveness of the situation calls for (that is, approaching in the club will be different than approaching at a park or at your mate's). But talking here is only a excuse for both of you to do kino. Whatever you choose to do with your words here, be it teasing or making fun of someone, the importance is escalating your kino from "less sexual" (e.g. light touches on the arm and shoulder) to "sexual enough" (e.g. caressing her face, her hair, giving her hugs, holding her hands, whatever the situation allows you to do). To do that, increase the duration of the touches from time to time, excuse it as a joke when you need to, tickle her, inspect her bracelets and rings, whatever it is, just remember that talking is an excuse for both of you to do kino and that as long as she is into you, she will be responsive to your escalation.

  5. Kissing and Transitioning to Making Out: Kissing represents a transition from plausible deniability to being overt about the sexual situation you are in. At this point, you only need to maintain plausible deniability between you and the people around you, that is, there's no problem in escalating to making out (as a rule of thumb, back of the neck with your hands and mouth, kissing from mouth to breasts, grabbing her butt, her thighs, hugging her a little harder while kissing her as a way to generate a laugh, breathing/whispering into her ears, ect) just don't do it in front of others. If she wants to have sex with you, she will not refuse any of that, unless you are making her seem like a slut to others. It is important to maintain this facade, so toning it down or being more stealthy about it may be necessary depending on the context.

  6. Transitioning to Sex: This is a large topic. Transitioning to sex depends a lot on the situation. This is the only step where talking may actually be important, since in some cases you might need to show to her friends that she is safe with you. Generally, though, your two best friends here are logistics and a bullshit excuse for you to go to a place private enough. It may even be as simple as leading her without talking about it, specially if it's in a public place or in a friend's house. When you are in a private place, resume making out and escalate sexually more and more according to your preferences (clothes on or off, blowjob, w/e suits you). If she puts her ASD up, just pull away, make the teasing a little covert, increase eye contact, being a bit more conforting with youy kino, make her horniness win over her fear of being a slut. And then, finally...

  7. Sex: Now, I cannot tell you how to have sex. If anything, what I can say to you here is that sex is a continuation of the previous steps, so you don't stop displaying manly traits, teasing her, ect in bed: you tone it up. Throw her places, pull her, let her hug and scratch you, bite her, w/e.

Notes

  • Appearance, posture and eye contact are constant; Kino fluctuates with push-pull and calibration.
  • Your kino is the analog to her shit-tests. She wants to know if you're alpha, you want to know if she's interested in you. As long as her response to your kino is positive and submissive, you're good.
  • When making eye contact, avoid that terrible sad puppy eyes that betas do. That is terrible.
  • Don't be so vocal about what you are about to do. Don't ask to kiss, grab or fuck her. Forget about talking the right thing and focus on doing the correct thing with your body.
  • Way more things than you believe can be said without making you look like a beta sperg if you maintain a good posture and a playful attitude.
  • Things not to say: Things that make you look thirsty, too much irony, self deprecation (because a little bit is usually too much), AMOGing behavior, obviously non game related stuff (i.e. overt-only things, like the weather), making covert information overt, asking, apologizing for anything, ect.

Lessons learned: In game, focus on your body language and mostly talk as an excuse for kino. Attraction and arousing depends on what you do with your body, not on what you say.
