Wiki: Flow is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. In essence, flow is characterized by complete absorption in what one does. Proposed by Mihály Csíkszentmihályi, this positive psychology concept has been widely referenced across a variety of fields. Flow is awesome. I always have it when I play the piano. I am 100% in the moment and think about nothing else than the piano.
To get into flow you need to have three things.
A challenge, Skill level, Challenge level, Feedback
To get into flow you need a challenge that has is hard and you need a high skill level.
So try to get challenges that are hard but on your skill level. Eventually you will have enough skill level and the challenge will be easy for you. Each time that it becomes too easy adjust your challenge to your skill level.
Control is better than arousal.
How does this apply to TRP? When trying to improve do it on your skill level.
Example: When in the gym, train on your skill level. It will be a lot easier.
I also believe this flow principle applies to relationships.
If the other person see that it is a challenge to have you and think they have enough skill to have you. They will automatically be attracted.
