If you are focusing on these things they will equip you with the added confidence to give you the ability to add the emotional/mental/spiritual value to each of those things in life. If you don't get the vagina it's not the end of the world because the world you are creating is intact without it. And make sure you record the event by audio or video and keep all text for future protection. She is in an environment that encourages actions to destroy you and your life if it does not go her way. University is not where you eat (unless you work there) so feel free to defecate all over the place.
Either you're really not attracted to her or you're way too into porn fapping, maybe both. You're probably also afraid (which is OK). Alcohol will not help with the core issues (real attraction and porn) but it may help with the fear temporarily. The additional confidence you get from lifting and cutting the porn-fap will solve the fear issue as well.
Be careful, don't change her into a unicorn after you finally do the deed just because she chased you - though it does speak well of a woman that she is willing to aggressively pursue.

Stop watching porn and jacking off for the ED. If you've got an everyday habit like most guys even 2-3 days off will have a pretty significant effect on your ability to get and stay hard.

College is definitely NOT a "don't shit where you eat" place, especially if it's a big school. Get much as you can! You'll never be in such a target-rich environment again! Trust me, I think back on opportunities I missed when I was at a large university and I kick myself for being such a pussy.
