Hey guys, 6 mo lurker around here, using my shame account to post. I'm in college, and there's plenty of opportunities for partying, hooking up, etc. Of course, we have a heavy presence of feminazis and an extremely heavy anti-rape, pro-consent campaign. Which is great if you're trying to stop actual rape, but it misses the mark entirely on the actual nature of consent during sexual encounters. Here on TRP (and seddit) there's all sorts of advice on overcoming last minute resistance, being good in bed, but legally worries me if I'm coming home from a frat party trying to bang a girl who may be too drunk, be progressively getting drunker, or just is a plain bitch who could claim I raped her even if I didn't.

So, the question is, what shit do we need to do, and be mindful of, in bed/before bed, in order to stay out of the courtroom, while still maximizing your chances of a successful hookup? (run on sentence, but fuck it)
