What you said makes sense to me. However comma it's the way you approached the audience(r/relationships). your message came across as women are subservient, treat her like a dog and she will come crawling back, and if not great you got rid of the worthless bitch. The wording and tone you used is fine in this sub but the key is to KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE. You should have worded it something like: "let her know your relationship is exclusive and your not comfortable with the situation...Give her two choices 1 become exclusive 2 take a hike....it sounds like she is flirtatious she will probably tell you no. Just walk away like you dn't care. She will either call you and apologize or she would just forget about you."

TL;DR KNOW YOUR AUDIENCE

You went wrong by posting in r/relationships. Also you should change the link to a no participation link.

Also guys, don't vote in other subreddits linked here. The admins have already set a precedent of shadow banning people that comment or even vote from these sorts of links. Just save yourself the trouble and don't participate.
