Essentially, I was chatting up a couple people here and there -- had a couple girls ask what I was doing this weekend over conversation. I invited maybe 2-3 out of the group, all on their own in one on one conversations to my "event" (if you can call grillin & poolin as an event) and someone i'd rather not see in a two piece calls me out in front of a group later on about how I didn't invite her.

What can I even say in this situation? I definitely didn't want to invite her so I didn't, but I feel like I may have looked like an asshole. Everything went like this:

"Why didn't you invite me to be there this weekend?"

"Be where?"

"To your pool party!"

"No I meant, beware, because if you show up I'm gonna lock you out and you'll be at the gate"

Yeah that was probably too much but it's all I could do to deflect the fact that I was being a dick for not inviting her to me making a joke/dick comment currently.
