For a woman happiness is defined by a feeling of comfort. In order to sustain a feeling of comfort a woman uses rationalizations (the hamster) to invent a temporary reality that maintains good feelings. Reality to women is subjective, in other words there is no permanence to a womans reality other than it sustains a feeling of comfort.
For boys we begin the same as women. The subjective view is the world of the senses and so in our early years we cry and rationalize in very similiar ways as women though less so. In puberty our testosterone kicks in and our bodies develop lean muscle mass and enhanced athletic abilities. Our minds become capable of a new kind of thought which is abstract. Objective thought is abstract thought. It is the ability to see patterns in reality that do not change over time. The Scientific Method of observing and modeling reality followed with a testing process that either confirmed or denied it's validity.
Where males get derailed is when they are discouraged from their natures and told to be subjective in their thinking. To be subjective is to seek comfort in our feelings. This is what women do and it makes it impossible to achieve objective truth.
To believe in "the one" (Oneitis) is the ultimate expression of the subjective frame.
The root cause of Oneitis is actually the desire for happiness.
Therefore, to be male is to not desire happiness, but to instead desire mastery because in mastery we can find contentment without comfort.
Amused mastery is better than happiness.
