You can't be half a gangsta. You told B it was unacceptable what she did and she hasn't come back, so you have to live with it as you nexted her. You can try contacting her on fb if you want and see what happens, but who knows how you'll go.

With A I wouldn't bother trying to go back, just go find someone else

Could have approached that differently. Still be assertive to B that she shouldn't do that again. Have them both go and re-arrange with B for later.

Perhaps you can still attempt re-arrange things with B. Let A know if she keeps up with the bs, that you'll drop her. Or don't tell her altogether. See where it goes from there.

You played it better than most. But in the end did not give yourself the opportunity to get anything tangible other than "winning".

At that point you need to just go all in for the threesome. Playing it the way you did A will just lose her shit and at that stage B will bail. B was probably keen to fuck behind her friends back and hamster it somehow later on but she's not gonna be keen now that it's a big thing.
