I've been lurking here for a while. My roommate turned me onto TRP a few months back and we have pretty intellectual discussions about it constantly. This is my first post but something happened this weekend that I thought you guys would enjoy hearing.

I'm in college and my roommates and I threw a party this weekend. It was Friday night and 100+ people came through and had a good time. Anyways, at one point later on in the night this girl ended up in my room. It wasn't anything sexual but there was some drama going on at the party and I was avoiding it as much as possible. So I was in my room picking out some tunes for the party and she comes storming in.

At first I had asked her about the drama downstairs, which was all I cared about at the time seeing as it involved my sister, to which she proceeded to say "Well did you hear about me and (her boyfriend)?" I proceeded to tell her "I really don't give a shit about you and your boyfriend I just want to know about the drama downstairs from an outsiders perspective." She then proceeded to ask again "Well first you need to hear about me and (her boyfriend.)" My response was the exact same from above (I literally couldn't give any less shits.) She ten proceeds to start talking about her and her boyfriend's drama after I had explicitly told her I couldn't care less. At this point I realize she has nothing to offer me so I get up and walk out the door to go rejoin the party. This is where the story gets interesting. She sees that I'm leaving and screams at me "NO fuck you, sit the fuck down and listen to me." Red Pill time.

I gave her no emotion back. I simply stood in the doorway, and looked her straight in the eyes. "You will NEVER demand anything out of me ever again. I asked you a question and you didn't have anything to say. I couldn't care less about you and (her boyfriend.) Don't EVER tell me what to do EVER again. You will NEVER disrespect me like that again, is that understood?"

I wish all you guys could've seen the look on her face. It went from a raging pissed off face to a blood-drained, pale white "I just shit myself" face. I held frame and didn't let her demand anything out of me, especially in such a rude fashion (in my own home.) She treated me like a fucking king for the rest of the night. If I was walking down the hallway and she was walking the opposite direction towards me, she would literally step aside and let me pass because she knew I held the power and commanded her respect.

Not the best story but I think a good example of holding frame and commanding respect. Thank you to this community and I hope all you gentlemen are staying strong.
