Second, limit your texting/contact. Demonstrate interest but do not go clinger level v on her.

Third, try to find an opportunity to showcase yourself to her but not in an overt manner. If you play guitar, invite her to a gig. If you are a jock, invite her to the next game. If you paint, invite her to the studio. Chicks respond favorably to demonstrations of competence and form. (Note: If you are into gaming and other 'nerd' activities, keep that shit to yourself. Finally, after you have shown her a bit of what you are about, man up and ask her out. Make your intentions clear. Coffee or a movie are good options. Going to a club or a sjw-type event are not.

find the right time when you know she is free(after school, weekend) and message her, what a nice weather or whatever, i just saw some beautiful thing bla bla, too bad you were not here to photograph it; if she likes you she will respond saying it would have been nice or something positive, then message her back with something like: maybe next time. then wait for her to message you asking YOU out.

if she does not contact you until the next weekend, or you start seeing her with other boys around, just ask her IN PERSON if she wants to come to x or do whatever activity. from there on, TRP help you.
