The algorithm is as follows:

Talk to all of the women. All of them.
Some of these women will be into you (not all of them).
Those that you suspect are into you are to be 'asked out'.
At some point initiate simple physical contact (hold hands, put your arm around her, kiss her).
As soon as you suspect that she would agree to it ask her if she would like to come back to your place
If everything has gone well to this point it is nearly impossible not to have sex

Ask yourself why you're completely friendless, without being bitter to the others. Try to understand the people around you, then see how you can change.

Do you look like a nerd? Change that, or build up on that... though I guess that's way harder than going the easy route, which is adapting to what is acceptable. See fitness, lift and build decent body, no immense shit, just casually working out. Buy a fucking white V neck shirt, any pants with cool shoes and you're done with fashion, no need to visit MFA to only see people dressing completely black or suited up, and getting to the front every time.

Proceed to make male friends. This is not just fucking enabling you to party better, but you know bros are good to you if you are good to your bros. It's fun, it's also way more fun and also easier at first to approach women, though most males just want to drink when going out, unless you're a certain age, which you are not.

Proceed to approach as much as you can a night, not looking at how attractive they are, anything works if just for the experience. Improve talking skills, try to be funny, try ultra aggressive mode, develop a mode of not giving fucks. Basically you need to be fun, clear in intent and confident, the rest is good to have, but not essential.

A tip on chick's as far as online dating goes, basically if she responded to you, you have already passed a few tests in her book. Just ask them out to coffee/beers/bowling/whatever. if they don't respond who gives a fuck, but generally if they reply AT ALL they are somewhat interested. I'm usually asking them out for something by msg 3 max
