I would suggest that first you work on expanding your social circles. Often I see shy people couple up and then be shy together, which is fine but I'm sure it would be more fun to be sociable. Put yourself out there, introduce yourself, don't be discouraged by awkward fumbles.

Are you a girl or guy? Beta vs Alpha is really more of a male thing. An alpha female generally apes male traits, and as such, men don't really like her. Girl Game is about doing the things that men find attractive, while Guy Game is about doing things women find attractive, which are very different. Using a seduction/pickup technique that men use to get women doesn't really work for women to get men.

Girl game is supremely easy compared to man game. Girls don't have to be charming, witty, rich, with a fast car and a fake job, like men do.
