TRP is the rejection of the feel-good lies that you've been fed your entire life. Indeed, lot of the things that you've learned about life, women, and relationships are lies. Remove the bullshit, life-sucking influences from you life such as mass media, junk food, and fake friends. Replace that shit with Masculinity, Self-Improvement, Logic, and Objectivity. These are your new gods.

Start with Shit Tests 101, then move onto Red Pill Antibiotic Nuke. That's generally how I introduce friends to TRP. Afterwards, move onto reading user posts and other detailed articles to give context to the previous two. But before that, try reading up on acronyms and terminologies so you know what people are talking about. The Glossary and Acronym section is limited but its a start. Once you understand how the SMP (sexual market place) works, you can actually start taking a change by getting into self-help and goals. Then hit the street.
