How do you guys manage your time?

I don't have time to go out clubbing or go to bars. I do day game. I try to pick up girls while I do the normal things during the day.

Getting over the fear of rejection was tough for me and I haven't really gotten over it to be honest. But I am able to meet new women quite reguarly now.

I tried to do tinder but it didn't work out so well for me.

I don't know how it's in the US, but I got a 21h/week job (Friday-Saturday-Sunday) on IT, getting paid around 600€/mo, and I have a bunch of webpages which go close to /passive income/ so finally I get around 1000-1400€/mo, enough in my 250k mid-size city in Spain. I'm also finishing my degree at University.

For organizing myself I use Trello for task & team management (my classmates and writers for websites), Moosti for avoid procrastination and Onedrive for documents.

I decided not to go to Madrid or Barcelona because the amount of energy and money needed for just paying your rent and basic stuff does not worth it. Those are cool cities with cool people, but I prefer stablishing my base here, is this cheap city and take a plane or train whenever I want to hang out there.

Just look at the effort that you're putting on things and try to be more productive. That's not just using apps, but moving to other places etc.

ok ok. keep doing the things you absolutely have to do. Do not compromise on them. shower, floss, gym, haircut, laundry, bills, quality time with essential family, etc.

Accept the consequences of those things you have to do. Extra sleep, more cook time, etc.

Then, when you get a break you make yourself happy. Hitting on women, BBQ with the boys, meditation on the beach, whatever. You will never regret allocating time to what you know makes you happy.

We need a bit more detail here. Time scheduling is not that difficult if we have all the info.

1) How many hours a day do you have to work? 2) What is the transit time to go from your home to your job? 3) What are the other things you really have to do every day (Breakfast, lunch, dinner, gym, ...) 4) When do you wake up? 5) How much hours do you need for sleep? (This takes a week time to test how much you need).

If you can give me that info I can give you a template to set up your time. It's not that difficult.

One thing I've done recently is to combine things on my schedule.

I.e. I used to spend an hour a day working out and an hour a day reading books about history. Now I've combined it so that while I'm working out I just listen to a History podcast or a History audiobook...an extra free hour added to my day.

I also prep my food for the week on Sundays which saves me a lot of time.

Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat - Gym @ 6AM
Mon-Fri - Work @9AM
Mon-Fri - Pick up kids from Day care @ 5:45
Mon-Fri - Play with kids until about 7:00
Mon-Fri - 8AM bedtime for kids - hang out with my wife till about 10 (she falls asleep) - Read a little and get ready for bed
Sat/Sun - I try to do some work on the house (landscaping/repairs) in the morning, and spend the rest of the day with my wife and kids

Sun - I head over to the local cigar lounge at around 10AM and hang out with the other guys for two or three hours

I also take classes when school is in session - so two nights a week I'll take some courses - I finished a masters in comp sci - and now I'm debating doing an MBA. My company pays for it, so I may as well take advantage of the tuition benefit. On school days, my wife picks up the kids from day care.

I try to do many things in the same place & time to save time later. I also make a list of things to do so I follow the list at each place. Or sometimes a list is "do one thing" and at that moment, in that place, I decide which one then really has the most benefit and don't know in advance. I do that one (maybe two) things from that list and move on.

I don't socialize every weekend: maybe once in 5 weekends, there is no way to do more and still get stuff done that's for my needs & no one else will do it for me.

Time management is pretty simple:

Efficiency. If you're on task, going to the gym+working out+shower+going home can take less than 2 hours (depending on travel distance). If you're not efficient, it can take 4 hours. Think about how you can be 5% more efficient all the time and you'll be 100% more efficient soon enough.
Combination. I eat lunch on the train so I don't have to spend 20 minutes eating elsewhere. There's usually something I need to read or watch for work, that I can combine with most meals.
Permanent Lent. Cut things out if they don't help you. This can be painful, but you've got to do it. Remember that changing your life means giving less great things up. If your life is full, you're going to have to give some things up at least until you figure out how to include them without letting them take over. I used to spend 60+ hours/week playing video games. I don't anymore. Most people have a some huge time sink like this, usually tons of TV or whatever shitty hobby, and that should be first on the chopping block. Working out is now your #1 priority hobby.

One last thing: guard your sleep. It's easy to try to add the gym without cutting anything out and just let your time wastes run into your sleep. This will not work. If anything you will need more sleep for muscle recovery. Don't burn out by burning the candle at both ends.

I take short lunches all week except for one day when I take a 2 hour lunch, have some beers and work on approaching & day game.
