I know there's a rule in redpill to never apologize for trying, or even in a social situation where you are trying to hold frame, but for me, I have this tendency to just say sorry like its just a word, I don't want that one word that I say out of impulse to ruin my frame. Do any of you had this issue before? If you did, could you tell me some strategies for this?

p.s. I'm new to redpill, I've been lurking for a bit so what I'm trying to work on first is my frame and my skills
