Everything here was supposed to disappear. Banned subreddits, deleted communities, cancelled blogs — much of what is archived here survives nowhere else.

It stays free — no paywall, no account — for the next man who comes looking, the way it was free for you.

“The general idea is that it’s absolutely threatening to admit you’re wrong,”

A man should always be willing to admit he is wrong to himself. If you go through your life holding untrue beliefs you won't be able to find proper solutions to getting what you want in life. Only a fool molds reality to protect his ego.

Imagine if we stubbornly held on to our false beliefs through life? How many of us would actually be here right now?

I think that's largely why it's so difficult to lead people to RP thinking.

They have to admit their thinking may be wrong, and be open to new ideas.

Too bad though that this means we have a lot of men coming who initially feel like they have failed, and are therefore failures.

The resulting guilt, anger, and shame of these broken men can make TRP a rather toxic place at times.

But, the way I see it, successful chemists use toxic chemicals all the time.

So be careful, but try to be objective, since there's no point in lying to yourself.

The breaking down of men is a result of blue pill thinking. For example, the co-relation of male suicide rates and the rise of the feminist movement.

A few years ago, the manosphere didn't exist. When I got involved, there was no MRM, and pua was a moniker, not a subculture. Imagine not having access to this information. Imagine doing everything 'right' and still failing, and not knowing why.

And not having a hope of ever finding out.

TRP, and the MRM, frankly, save mens lives. We improve many more. We have to absorb tons of vitriol for it. We are not paid for what we do, other than a return of knowledge from others.

We are changing the world. We are helping men (so much for the 'men don't care about other men' theory) better compete. We are of course, selfish assholes for doing so.

The anger does not come from TRP. The anger was bottled up. TRP let's off the pressure, hopefully slow enough to avoid explosion. Society should be thanking its lucky stars we exist, frankly.

Yeah. Like being in the matrix and wanting the matrix to be real because that is the reality you have accepted and it being unreal creates massive cognitive dissonance.

It goes to the Sherlock Holmes quote - “It is a capital mistake to theorize before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts.”

People admit they are wrong all the time, its just when non-credible known liars(news, government, medical doctors) makes statement rather true or false.

Why would we believe anything the government says, I just don't have the time to fact check 24/7 when at least 50% of the stuff they say is a outright lie
