Rape is legally defined as a penis entering a vagina/ass/mouth without the consent of the person being penetrated, she consented to the penetration and therefore it's not defined as rape.

Legally speaking what she did was sexual assault as women cannot be convicted of rape (because they do not have a penis to penetrate with), thus leaving only men as "rapists."

That's how feminist the law system is. If you don't believe me, research it. It's fucked. According to the law, women are incapable of rape because they cannot penetrate without consent (I'm not sure if she says puts a dildo up a guys ass, it would probably be jury dependent.)

Rape hasn't had it's definition spread to encompass a woman penetrating herself using a mans penis without his consent but it should.

Rape carries heavier sentencing than sexual assault, so even if successfully convicted she would be treated less seriously and get a lighter sentence due to this insane legal classification.

Right you are, this is English common law, rape being a Common law offence, in the U.S it's classified as a felony, however what we must remember is that the entire commonwealth as well as the USA inherited our Common Law system through colonisation and the definition only changes if specific jurisdictions have gone out of their way to amend the definition over the time.

So because I love our younger American brothers so much (no homo) I did a little wiki search:

"There is no nationally accepted definition of rape in the United States, instead each state has their own laws. These definitions can vary considerably, but most of them do not use the term rape any more, instead using, "sexual assault", "criminal sexual conduct", "sexual abuse", "sexual battery", etc."

Looks like the yanks have made rape even more legally diverse and complicated based on region state within the continental U.S, not even calling it rape in most places but classifying it as "sexual assault", even if a woman is legally capable of rape in your jurisdiction, I wouldn't expect the feminist hijacked law system to treat a male victim versus a female perpetrator as seriously as the reverse so the moral of the message still stands.

It reads fake, but the fact is if a college guy WAS EVEN ACCUSED of such a thing, he'd be thrown out of school, probably imprisoned and possibly have to register as a sex offender for life.
