I don't think it would require that many men (perhaps just us most hated of all, white men) and they'd be DONE. The end.

If a medieval peasant had to pay these kind of taxes for other people's dumb ass mistakes and lazy effing children, all grown up and doing nothing but sitting at home eating and shitting, they would revolt, never mind a two month strike.
