How to overcome envy?

Just keep working. Stop focusing on other people. Focus on yourself. Fuck the outcome, results and whatever.

Focus on DOING, not RECEIVING. Focus on working out, not the outcome of working out (getting bigger). Focus on reading books on game, not whether it's working. Focus on practicing all that you've learned, not whether or not it's settled in.

All that you can control is what you DO. View the outcomes as information, then refocus what you do based on that new information. But don't get hung up on outcomes and other people.

It is important to point out envy here and not jealousy. Some definitions of jealousy use "vengeful" as a synonym. You can be angry but shouldn't let it consume you or show it. Remember one of the things that separate men and women is emotion vs logic. Just like sympathy vs empathy. One means you feel bad for the other means you can relate. Many people here can empathize with each other but still nit let that emotion get in the way of the ultimate goal, self improvement.

You dont understand TRP ideology. Being envious is a product of being insecure. Part of TRP is learning how to be a man, taking control of your life and watching all those insecurities disappear. When you are confident in your self, you are envious of no one. You become confident through self improvement.

I don't go down that path because it is pathetic and I would be disgusted with myself if I did it.

You have to have a zen attitude of enjoying and concentrating on the path. Concentrating on the next step. Not the end goal.
