That's not a shit test, she was simply being dumb, the intention behind the shit test, conscious or unconscious is to measure you but she just had a socially awkward moment. Even so, I agree with the Dr. Agree and amplify to the point of absurdity, makes the strength behind her insulting comment cease to have any meaning.

Also work on your english.

When in doubt ignoring and silence are the go to. Also changing the subject as if you didn't hear what was just said. Maybe this isn't the optimal strategy, but it's the simplest and fits almost all scenarios.
