Hello TRP, been reading on sidebar and topics for a while and thought I would make a contribution.

My title by the way isn't meant only to me it's meant as a mindset we all should adopt. I understand some of us, like me are only beginning the journey and realising the truths that TRP has taught us, but I've realised that confidence in life and for you to progress is vital, hence the title, you should think in your head 'I am Phenomenal'

What I mean is, you know in your head what you are worth, you know you are on a journey, mentally and physically, you need to become unphasable, especially in this day and age, years ago fights usually resolved issues, but nowadays there is always consequences, lose job, kicked out of college etc.

One thing I credit TRP with teaching me and it has taught me alot, is this ability, anyone says anything which is an insult to you, deflect it, you know in your head you are mentally strong and unphasable, you know no-one can say anything to you that is going to effect you.

'You're gonna have non-believers, But when you're beyond belief, you probably shouldn't wonder how'

I am not advocating not to accept criticism, I welcome criticism from people whom I respect, people who criticise me whom I don't respect? their opinion means nothing to me, and I won't even get mad at being insulted because of the mindset 'I am Phenomenal' and as you improve and get even stronger mentally and physically i imagine it will become even easier.

Another thing I have learned and always amuses me, when I hear people talk about their 'problems' which they think are major life problems and I just sit and quietly chuckle to myself and think if you think that is a problem you are gonna find life impossible. I am of the mindset that most issues I have been through make me stronger mentally which is what makes me laugh when i hear people talk of their 'problems' which to me seem like nothing.

One other thing I found funny was often you will hear that men have it easier than women which we of TRP know is a lie, but if you ever get the chance if you are in a lecture or around a group of women, listen and often the things to them which they see as major issues, will seem small and insignificant to you as a man.

When it comes to Life, Lifting and Improving, I believe it is all perseverance, the willingness to go further in the pursuit of getting to that top 20% or whatever your goal is. Most of us already have went through so much in our life and persevered, which is why when you see someone that has had no problems in life complain you have to laugh

I believe Eminem summed it up with the quote

'Who the fuck taught you how to persevere, There ain't no situation that you ever had to respond to that's adverse The messiest thing you've ever gone through was your purse'
