Think of it like chess. It's a game and you need to learn how to play it well. If the first few times you play you lose your bishop really quickly then instead of getting upset and rationalizing that she had no right to take your bishop, you should learn how and why she took it and internalize it into your strategy. You will develop a meta-game that you don't even think about after a bit of practice.

My first night out after swallowing the pill was "frame, frame frame" repeating in my head. I made no effort with the chick I fucked last weekend. Ditched her 3 times in one night. Anytime my frame was pushed or she questioned me too much I simply and calmly found something better to do. Moving on isn't about telling her "your loss babe" they hear that shit all the time. You just smile and go hit on someone else. If you get one bite then you collectively have all of them on the hook. Women notice fucking everything man. Girl A touches your arm and all of a sudden girl B who rejected you 20 mins ago wants to suck on your nuts.

You have to get to a point mentally where you realize that, sure, having a girlfriend or simply having sex could contribute to your life a little bit, but that you are way above and beyond that 'shaking you' in any way at this point.

Do you see what I mean? There are much more important things in life than women/sex, though those are nice little things along the way - you know, like ordering pizza. That's a nice little thing along the way to have, but it doesn't really mean much of anything and it could in no way make or break you. You shouldn't have a natural anger against women in the same way you shouldn't have a natural anger against children ..because that makes you pathetic, they are just children, you're a grown up/male, 'man up'.

If you work all of this right you should be the one OFFERING the bite on the hook - the hook being her for you, but you being the one who decides whether or not to bite on it. She should be convinced that she is getting YOU. Say you meet a girl at a party, you two go out on the porch and smoke a cigarette together, you don't "try to hit on her" or "try to get her number" or 'close'(unless circumstances mean it is right to kiss her or do something else and it's a good time for it), you just act like, in your words - the 'aloof uncaring asshole' - this does not mean act like you don't care about anything or her and just be a huge asshole in general, it means you don't care about her attention, indicating that you are not a pathetic loser that she has social power over(the only kind of power that women understand) - power to validate or hurt, and you can exist as yourself without hoping she'll like you, and suddenly everything reverses and she is the one trying to get you to like HER, and with you having the 'social power' in the situation - this immediately fades if you openly hit on her with the expectation of a response, and she now has the power to bite or knock you down.* Just be out there with her with you in your own "frame" that she is now participating in for as long as she is out there with you, if you are attractive to her or your frame(frame of mind/world/worldview) is attractive to her and she likes the way you think/make her feel, and suddenly she will like you - then, later on, she will obviously be trying to get you to like her and making approaches/propositions to YOU, and YOU have the power, and when you bite on HER hook, you're giving her something that's good for her and you're the aloof cool guy who she's so lucky to have like her, rather than acting like you're getting what you've wanted all along. You also don't want to bite on the hooks she throws out too soon when she is trying to get you to "like her like her" because that shows that you're shallow, stupid, and trying to get sex from basically anyone who shows you any interest(even though this - the last part - is true for basically all men).

You have to use your own discernment - sometimes you will be with a girl who would obviously like you to hit on her, take her number, or use her for your own entertainment / pleasure - because that would be pleasurable to her, just do what feels natural to you because you have those instincts for a reason(unless you have aspergers in which case you're out of luck on that front, read another book).

Women and their validation of your ego/women giving you what you want/sex should NOT be at the forefront of your life, they should be a relevant afterthought, you will have more of them that way anyway because they (the good ones, not the retarded childishly minded slut whores) aren't going to be attracted to some tryhard moron who is constantly trying to show how dominant/assholish/derp he is. The goal here is not to game girls it is to overhaul your life in a way that is beneficial for you in all ways, which is in itself attractive.

You have to be a really special kind of weirdo to do the whole "pickup" thing constantly, like most of those guys I judge as pathetic when I see them talking and teaching(the ones I've seen, which I'll admit haven't been that many), your goal should not be learning how to effectively pick up women, it should be learning how to effectively pick yourself up off the floor and never let yourself get thrown down there again by anyone or anything because it's your life, you're in control of it, and you can handle it. Girls will naturally be attracted to you, and you won't be worried about anything because you won't be "trying to get them to bite" or "trying to practice pickup", you will be the one with the power and they will be happy to go along.

Your goal, also, should not be learning how to pickup girls who are disgusted by you or aren't naturally attracted to anything about you. This is going to kill your self-esteem and even when it works you will just end up with a judgmental girl you're sleeping with(score! right? no.) who you realize you've gained nothing by picking up because the two of you don't like each other anyway. If you're doing this, then congratulations, you've mastered the art of being one of those pathetic weirdos and you can now go teach "game" and pickup for money and make some DVDs about how awesome and cool you are, maybe wear some eye makeup, and orient your whole life around shallowly gaining entrance to vaginas.

I don't really know much about you, but one thing that I do know is that the best way to get 'confidence bordering on arrogance' is to actually become an interesting guy with a lot of hobbies and passions besides women. Sure you can fake abundance, but actually having it makes being a confident, and fun guy second nature. I'm still working on this myself too.

a caring asshole is the guy in the friendzone who has been waiting on the side to get some sweet sex...and when he's rejected yet again, he gets angry because he feels entitled and hurt. He feels that way because he really wants this girl.

If you seriously don't care which girl you pickup just as long as you get one, the fear of rejection goes out the window. Who cares? Don't waste your time. It's all economics and maximizing your chances for success.

This flips the usual script. Most guys are reactive up front, to prevent getting stuck with an evil bitch, but of course due to scarcity they end up taking what they can get anyway. (They take in all the data, to make a judgment, because they don't want to get "hurt". But it makes no difference anyway.)

When instead you are non-reactive up front, you accept everyone coming in through the door, you take their cover charge, but then you have your bouncers toss them out when they act up. (You only take in the parts you want, and non-judgmentally kick them out as needed.)

This is the key to making the whole strategy work -- being able to cut bait and walk.

Most guys are too attached and get pulled underwater by the fish they were trying to reel in. Then they get mad at the fish.

If you're trying to pull in a big fish but it's giving you too much fight, just reflect on the fact that it's full of mercury. Even if you "win" and eat it, it gives you brain damage or kills you anyway. Cut the line and hook another, prettier, sleeker fish who is sweeter.
