Be yourself, if she doesn't like it or expects you to change. avoid any contact with her, block her on FB if you use that crap still and carry on improving yourself, someone better will come along.

I'm not good at advice considering I have bad tendencies, but have always done very well.. But don't change the way you are to try to fit her.

All you can do is maintain frame and be a man. If she cannot accept how you are then you need to just let her go once and for all. That might sound trite and easier said than done, but it's true. If you want to find a mate, and by no means should you feel that you have to do so, there will be one who will accept you as a man and not want to try to change that.

I 'd advise this:
Step 1:
Get BP stuff like this out of your system:
Now what I understand is that a true unplugged guy does not feel "love" as a women can.
fun fact: A woman can't love a man like he is expected to be loved
They might think they experience love, but it's very different from what you seem to be feeling.
Step 2:
Cut her out of your life. You have a oneitis. It sounds like you still spent time around her, being her validation-whore. Stop. She brings you no value. I have always had great success with just disappearing out of a girls life. This basically has two different outcomes:
You never see her again. congrats you just solved your problem
She realizes how boring her life is without you and after a while reinitiates contact. Hope you learnt from the past failures.
But I love this fucking women.
Jesus... make that
I love fucking this women.
Step 3:
This goes without saying, but anyway: Read, eat, lift, repeat. Never.fucking.stop.
