I type some notes every day of the concepts I want to keep in my head for that day. I figured someone could benefit from reading these simple points, even though they'll just be reminders for the majority of you.

Self-judgment

Don't judge success and self-worth by people's reactions to you. Make your criteria for success be how well you're living up to your standards/principles.

Congruence

If you're off your game, just accept it. Take small actions to get back in the zone in whatever you're doing.

Rejection

Don't fear negative reactions. If they're not contributing to the great experience of them being able to have a minute of your time (because your time, as a man, is inherently extremely valuable), you can either leave, or use them as basically an audience for your self-amusement. If someone rejects you outright, you walk away like nothing happened and feel bad for them.

Confidence

Don't look for permission to be confident. Have the body language and mindset of a badass and your confidence will flow from there. Body language actually affects your levels of confidence (science, bitch). Make unbreaking eye contact with people. Speak boldly.

Speaking

Say everything like it's the best possible thing you could say in that moment. Say it loudly, say it clearly, say it slowly, and say it powerfully.
