This is TRP, where facts and real experiences matter. And we know for a fact that height adds SMV for men. Just like muscles and good facial aesthetics.
The most often cited ways to increase height are leg-breaking, taking human growth hormone in your teens or early 20s, and stretching.
Leg-breaking is pricey and painful and can gimp you. If you're over 25, taking HGH wont really help much.
However, in my weeks long research on stretching, it seems like most people, regardless of age, can gain between 1 - 3 inches for as long as stretching is part of their weekly routine.
(3 inches is about how much taller i am when i stand on my tippytoes)
So for those guys who workout, eat well, and dress smart, but are around average height, an extra couple of inches could really give you an edge that you wouldnt normally have.
Feel free to research for yourself, but it seems like the most effective stretching is hanging from your arms, or hanging from your feet (inversion) for about 3-5 minutes a day. Thats it!
Keep in mind, these inches wont really be permanent. If you stop stretching for a few weeks in a row, you begin to shrink back. But as long as you do it, you gain real height.
In the same way that you may decide to workout or improve your nutrition, stretching for height is an improvement you can make that can have a positive impact on your core confidence and the way people interact with you.
If anybody has done this already, I'd love to hear about your results.
